Open to 4-H and Open Class Exhibitors. Must be an 8"x10" photo either mounted using 4-H rules or may be matted to add to the display. On the back of the entry include Name of Exhibitor, location, title, and why this is a Ness County at work photo. Permission must be given to use the entries for 4-H and or Ness County promotions. Please attach the appropriate release form. Special Photo Contest sponsored by Ness County 4-H Photography Project. There will be no premiums paid on this class, the winner will receive a engraved photo plaque. Each exhibitor may enter 2 entries into this class.
