The Kansas 4-H Horse Show and events handbook will be used as the guidelines for the Horse Show.  All Ness County 4-H Horseman will be required to stall their horses at the fair until Saturday. Class List:  Halter, Showmanship, Walk Trot, Western Plesure, Western Horsemanship, Trail, Reining, Barrels, Poles, Flags, Costume Class.  The Ness City Boy Scouts will be serving concessions.
